Customer Contact Representative (CCR)
Inbound and outbound telephone customer service and sales representative. Responsible for professional interaction with customers while achieving service levels, quality and performance goals.
Quality Coach
Monitor Customer Contact Representatives to ensure adherence to quality guidelines. Coach and develop CCR’s to improve quality and performance.
Supervisor
Responsible for leading a team of CCR’s to meet performance, quality and attendance goals. Monitor, coach, develop and provide leadership to employees.
Trainer
Conduct orientation and training for new and existing employees. Educate employees on all company and client curriculum to ensure their success.
